It's from the boss room of the public bath stage, exclusive to the SNES version of the game. Also, three rips were optimized. Ganbare Goemon 4 : Aquann Castle (Cavern) uses only one EXGFX. Mega Man X3 : Sewers now use only two BG slots, instead of three. Mega Man & Bass - Tengu Man now uses way less space from BG3 and two palette rows (2,7) instead of three.

Bloodpool background doesn't scroll, and uses parallax to move the water. Use this background mainly with parallax to have great results.

This lamia / naga is a replacement for the Rex sprite, and uses vanilla palette. Made by No Body the Dragon. The original art was very blue-ish, so I added some green to give it more variation and beauty to an already solid sprite work. Credit No Body the Dragon, not me. It was part of a giant pack called "Sprites for SMW Hackers to use" or something like that.
