SA-1 DMA Transmission Speeds

For Normal DMA on the SA-1, most types are 5.37 MHz, except for Game Pak ROM to SA-1 IRAM which is 10.74 MHz.
The Ricoh 5A22's DMA has priority over SA-1 DMA.
