The Capcom Cx4 is an enhancement chip that performs wireframe 3d graphics for Megaman X2 and Megaman X3. It is among the least understood of all the enhancement chips. In scene slang, it is often simply referred to as "C4."
Cx4 opcodes are 16-bits wide.
