ST018 is a 32-bit ARM-based enhancement chip used for AI in a single game: Hayazashi Nidan Morita Shogi 2. It has 160 pins.

It is clocked by a 21.44MHz oscillator.[2]

The program ROM was dumped by byuu, appearing in 2012. [1] The chip appears to be ARMv3 because the BIOS uses feature available in that version but no ARMv4 features.[2]

The chip appears to use 8-bit commands, given the command list in fullsnes.
