BCC (Branch on Carry Clear) is a Super FX instruction that performs a conditional jump. The instruction after BCC is already in the pipeline and will run even if the branch occurs.
If CY is set, BCC does not jump.
No flags are affected.

Let the carry flag be clear. This instruction jumps the program forward 5 bytes:
BCC $+5h
