Interlace Odd/Even Flag

The Interlace Odd/Even Flag is bit 7 of STAT78 (213Fh). It indicates which half (odd or even) of the current frame being rendered the current interlaced field being rendered is. It toggles once every interlaced field. The flag is clear when the SNES comes out of reset.
