SCLN on an NTSC console, in region B3 of the jwdonal schematic

SCLN is a solder jumper switch, presumably standing for "solder cut line NTSC," which is connected in series with pin 19 of the Video Encoder and VCC.

On NTSC consoles, this switch is closed. On PAL, it's open (cut).
