TC1 is in region A4 of the jwdonal schematic

TC1 (trimmer capacitor) is a 20 picofarad variable capacitor, connected in parallel with C2 and in series with X1. It adjusts the frequency of the master clock.

If your SNES is rendering in black and white only, try adjusting this trimmer.
