A Game Pak is a cartridge which is inserted into the Cartridge Slot on the Control Deck.
Super Famicom game paks have a slightly more rounded design from Super Nintendo game paks.
Game Paks which contain a Super FX chip should not be used with the Multi Player 5 as this would draw too much current.[1]
The colored bar at the top of the label has the following meaning: [2][3]
Color | Meaning | |
---|---|---|
Red | Published by Nintendo | |
Gold | Player's Choice - 1 million copies sold | |
Purple | Published by a 3rd party |
