Q13 is in region C5 of the jwdonal schematic

Q13 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor that inverts the polarity of the /MUTE line. The base is connected to pin 39 of the S-DSP and the collector is connected to the post-amplifier. The emitter is grounded.
