The SNES motherboard (NTSC revision 2) has the following bipolar junction transistors, outside of ICs, according to the jwdonal schematic:
- Q1, near X1
- Q9
- Q18, near the 7805
- Q10, Q11, Q12 - between the Video Encoder and Multi-Out
- Q7&8, Q5&6, Q3&4 - the Darlington triad
- Q13
- Q14 and Q15, connected to op-amp output
- Q16 and Q17, connected to op-amp output
