The Expansion Port is the hole on the bottom of the SNES, which peripherals such as the Satellaview can connect to. Pins 1-8 are connected to the SNES Bus. Pins 11~18 are connected to the CPU Data Bus.

It can send IRQs. DOTCK is the dot clock.
